We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. This policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds on our vintage treasures.

What can be refunded:

• Items that are significantly different from the description or photos on our website.
• Items that arrive damaged or defective.

What cannot be refunded:

• Items that do not fit as expected. We recommend carefully reviewing our measurements before purchasing.
• Personalized items. Once an item has been personalized for you, we cannot accept a return.
• Items returned after 30 days of purchase.
• Items that are returned used, worn, washed, or damaged (beyond the original condition when shipped).

Refund Process:

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@beyondvintageshop.com with a brief explanation of the issue. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) within 5 business days.

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any item that does not comply with our return policy.
